Hospital Visit

Well We welcomed May and our 1 month Birthday with a wonderful day at the ER. Max started getting a cold or allergies. I was prepared to just let it run its course. But at 7:00 in the morning he hit a fever of 100.4. So with a baby this young the do a whole work up on him to make sure there isn't anyhting serious going on. So he got a catheter, a deep suction of the nose, They drew blood, but had a hard time finding a vein. Duh he is little what do you expect!!! But they did one in the upper part of his arm, had to leave and then came back and tried to get it out of his hand. Needless to say the squeezed the crap out of my baby, and he now has purple bruises on his arm and doesn't like you touching it. Everything came back normal and he is fine, we just have to wait out the cold or whatever he has. Here are pictures of the poor baby:(

Max's Blessing Day

Well the day came and went. Bj said a beautiful blessing. It was a really exciting day, filled with lots of emotion. My Dad beared his testiomny and that was nice. Thanks to Cerise, Carol, Sarah, and Steph for coming and sharing that special day with us. Max sisn't cry at all and that answered my paryers. Hope you all enjoy the pictures. First church excursion

Ok so yesterday was the first time we made it to church. It wasn't too bad. Max has starting waking up around 6 o'clock so it made it eas to just get up and get ready. We all wore matching clothes, or colors so we took a family picture. Here ya go!! Everyone thought he was cute and we got lots of attention.

Ok just to let you know. After I blogged yesterday Max's umbilical cord fell off. So I just thought I would let you all know. Also last night he laughed for the first time. He hasn't done it since but he did do it once.
He is such a joy in our lives!!!!

The start of my blogging

OK so you all have been nagging me to
Blog. Here ya go!!! This is our Max Blog. I am going to submit a new
article every week. Right now I think it would be too stressful to do
it everyday. This week we have just kind of stayed at home. We went
to kt`s store on Monday and spent way too much money. But we have to
support kt right!!! We were late to pick up daddy and he waited for
us for 30 minutes, but he didn't realize it had been that long. Today
we babysat the neighbor. that was OK, her mom took longer than she
said and I was kind of annoyed. Max smiles now and I think starting
to laugh. He is so much fun to have and We are so happy to have him
here finally. Max is also starting to roll on his side and hold his
head up. I didn't think he was suppose to do this stuff yet!! He is
growing up way too fast. Tonight or tomorrow our friends Scott and
Kelly are supposed to come over for a Stargate night. I am sure Daddy
and Max will love that. Hopefully we will make it to church this
week. Grandpa Torres and Grand mama are coming this next week. So we
will have lots to talk about. I hope you all enjoy our Blog!!! until
